Crossing Rubicon decided to hold a fan appreciation day this last Thursday night at Cook's Cafe in Naugatuck. After having to call Cook's for directions ( The entrance is located behind the building listed in their website) I was surprised to see a very large and enthusiastic crowd. Scott dedicated this song to the troops and their families and read some names of local soldiers who have lost their lives. 'Nuff said. Biography Crossing Rubicon began as a three-man project involving Scotty Anarchy, Zach Lambert, and Pete Ahern (Red China Blue). The band enlisted drummer Brandi Hood shortly thereafter to add the motor to the race-ready tunes. Brandi's long-time rhythmic accomplice Jeff Diablo joined in the spring of 2010 to round out the lineup. Pete stepped away from the band in the summer of 2010 with Rob Dolan (ex-Dirty Blonde, Hot Mess) filling the lead role through four very successful shows including opening slots for In This Moment, Nonpoint, Pop Evil, and Rev Theory. In March 2011 Matt Douglas was added to the lineup and the band is ready to write new music and kick ass in the live arena.
